Purtroppo le scarpe che mi sono arrivate avevano un difetto (per non parlare della condizione della scatola). L#interazione con il customer service e' stato disastroso, sembra di parlare con un AI chatbot (probabilmente e' cosi), tanto che ho deciso dopo anni di rivolgermi altrove per i miei acquisti di scarpe per me e la mia famiglia.

The shoes were a gift from me to my mother but they didn't reach their destination because HDL Parcel didn't work well: they didn't deliver the shoes to the address specified in the order, but rather to a collection point. My mother has reduced mobility so delivery had been requested to her home. I contacted DHL several times and they promised to deliver the shoes but never did.
