Return conditions

In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

-The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

-Less than 30 days have passed since you received or acquired the item

-In the case of manufacturing defects, less than 1 year has passed since you received or acquired the item

Online returns:

In addition to meeting the requirements stated above, the item must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

If all these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of your purchase less the original and return shipping costs. If you are returning an item because of its poor quality or a manufacturing defect attributable to Camper, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be sent by the same method used to make the original payment.

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Camper will not accept COD shipments under any circumstances.

Only products purchased at Camper.com can be returned or exchanged via our website.

In-store purchases:

Please choose carefully as we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on sale items.

If non-sale goods are returned within 14 days in original condition, accompanied with proof of purchase they may be exchanged, or a credit note may be issued.

No refunds will be issued except where required by law.
