Care - €10*
Includes a basic cleaning in-store or at our taller: surface, sole, hydration and shoe protection.
Basic Repair - €20*
Includes deep cleaning of surface and sole, new laces and insoles, deodorization, and shoe protection, exclusively at our taller in Inca.
Premium Repair - €40*
Includes major repairs on selected styles**, such as sole replacement due to wear or breakage, fixing linings, stitching, etc., at the taller.
How to repair your Camper Shoes
Assess their
condition
Decide which service is best for them: Care, Basic, or Premium Repair. For Care, you can also take your shoes directly to the store to have the service done on-site.
Request a repair
Fill out the online form and attach photos of your shoes. Alternatively, you can request a repair in-store. Please make sure they’re clean for both evaluation and repair.
Send them to us
Once our artisans approve the repair, you can use our online shipping service. If you managed your request in-store, we’ll take care of it for you.
* Shipping to our taller via Correos is included in the service fee. You can also request the service, drop off, and pick up your pair in-store at no additional cost, or choose home delivery after repair for €5.
** We only guarantee Premium repairs of Pelotas, Peu Cami and Peu Pista. Other styles must be evaluated and approved by our artisans. If your product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee, sole replacement is free for life.

Currently, our repair service is only available in Spain, but we are working to expand it to more countries.
Any official Camper store, including outlets, but excluding ECI and franchises.
Our service is exclusively designed to repair Camper styles, as they are the ones we know and handle best.
The entire process, from the moment you send your shoes to when you receive them back, typically takes between four and six weeks.
You can request it by filling out the online form or by visiting one of our Camper stores, where we can request and manage the repair for you.
Our team of artisans in Mallorca, who will also be the ones doing the repair.
If we cannot repair your Camper shoes, we offer options such as our Take Back service to give them a second life sustainably.
This service provides high-quality repairs, but if you’re not satisfied with the result, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We use high-quality materials and, whenever possible, the same ones we used in the manufacturing of your Camper shoes.
