A disappointment considering my past experience

These shoes definitely looked the part online. However, they feel really cheap in my hands, yet I was willing to overlook that if they were comfortable. My first walk in them resulted in blisters on both my ankles, on the side of my feet. They chafed and rubbed and there is very little give or suppleness in the material. I would never have walked out of the store with these. Unfortunately, I bought these with a prepaid visa gift card and don't have a way to return them for credit on that card, and my one walk outside with them probably prevents me from doing that as well. I would love store credit or something in exchange, as I have had good success with Camper shoes over the years... just not these.
