1988年に生まれた「TWINS(ツインズ)」は、 “右足と左足がそれぞれ独自の個性をもっているけれど、一緒になると完璧なペアになる” というコンセプトのもと、カンペールが革新的なデザインにチャレンジしつづけるシリーズです。シーズンごとにユニークなデザインが登場するカンペールのアイコン・コンセプトです。
強い個性を持つ「WALDEN(ウォールデン)」は、高級感のあるフルグレインレザーのアッパーと丈夫なラバーソールを使用した、タイムレスで型にはまらないスマートなシューズです。クロムフリーのレザーとリサイクルPETのライニング、Ortholite®(オーソライト)のフットベッドを採用して快適な履き心地を実現しています。
今季は、クラシックな表情のローファーが大胆な切り絵プリントをまとって登場しました。クリーンで洗練されたフォルムにカンペール流のユーモアをブレンドしています。カジュアルからセミフォーマルまで使える一足です。
＊シリーズ名の「ウォールデン」とは、ヘンリー・デイヴィッド・ソローによる書物「Walden or life in the Wood」(邦題：森の生活)」から名付けられました。この本は、ソローがマサチューセッツ州の自然環境の中で1845年から2ヵ月に渡って送った自給自足についての回想録です。

Most beautiful shoe I’ve ever owned.
These are real show stoppers. Strangers stop me to tell me how great these shoes look and ask me where I got them. They are really well made. I only buy leather shoes and these are outstanding. They look amazing with wide leg pants. I feel like a Vegas high roller when I’m wearing them. I got them only sale too. These are my third pair of Campers and I love how unique each pair is.
