Perfect boots for the Winter

My granddaughter loves these boots, order them every year! Confortable, soft and warm.

Awful experience buying from Camper. I placed an order in the Regents st shop and was told the boots will arrive in few days. Over two weeks later the boots never arrived. Called the Customer Service number and it seems that my order was lost. I was told they will send it straight away. It took another week for the boots to arrive. When I opened the box, one boot was damaged. It looked as if it was already worn before - the leather was all scratched and it has creases on the top as if worn before. I took the boots to the Regents St shop and the assistant said they are indeed damaged. He said he will email the warehouse in Spain and ask for a new pair to be sent to UK and that someone will call me in max 2 days to let me know when the new pair will arrive in UK so I can swap the shoes. It is now 10 days later and no one called me or emailed me. I’m still left with a damaged pair of boots ! Absolutely appalling service from Camper. I will neve buy shoes from you again and I will post everywhere on social media about my experience with Camper !
