Withdrawals of products bought on the Camper Chile online store can be made in person only on the Camper Parque Arauco store, from monday to saturday, from 10 am to 8 pm. Sundays and festives until 7:00 pm. It must be within the first 10 days after receiving the product, these products must fulfill the returns conditions, also the ticket of purchase must be submitted. If the withdrawal has an amount in favor to the client this will be refunded through Mercado Pago and the client will be notified by mail. This refund will take from 2 to 45 calendar days through the same means of payment with which you made your purchase.(Refunds in cash will not be made on the store)
In case of not being able to attend to the Parque Arauco Camper store, clients will have the option to ask for a refund of the value paid for the product you are returning, through the same means of payment with which you made your purchase.(Refunds are not made for shipping costs, only for the value of the product).
To request the return of the model of an online purchase through the web, follow these steps :
1. Access the Your orders section, indicate the order number and the email with which you made it.
2. The system will show you the details of the order and the return options. Click on the desired option.
3. Indicate the product or products you want to return.
4. Select Return Model.
5. Confirm the return order.
6. Once you have confirmed, we will send you an email with the assigned Chileexpress branch and the label of the return.
7. To send us the merchandise you wish to return, pack the product in the original box or a black bag.
8. Print the label and stick it to your package.
9. Deliver the package to the assingned Chileexpress branch.
10. Money return will be emited once the package is received in our wharehouse, where all the requirements and item condition will be verify.
The return transport costs will be borne by the client. Returns made directly in Camper Parque Arauco store will have no cost.
