How can I return a purchase?

If you wish to make any returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from the date of purchase in our physical stores or from the date of reception from our online store.

You can return items purchased at a physical store within that store or at any Official Camper store within the same country. When your purchase was made at a Recamper store, it must be returned to a Recamper store within the same country.

If purchased at camper.com, we offer different return methods depending on the country of purchase. Please note that these type of returns can’t be made at franchises, El Corte Inglés or Recamper stores. Here you can view the different return options available in your country:



1. Click on Your orders and enter your order number and the e-mail address you used when placing your order.



2. The system will show your order details. Click on “Return item” and select the items you wish to return. There you may indicate the reason and/or the sub-reason for your return. This is greatly appreciated since it allows us to improve our service.



3. Select the return method you wish to employ and fill in the required information, if necessary. Click on “Return Item” to complete your return request.

Please note that the return options available depend on the country of purchase, the video is just an example.



4. Once your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your Return Form and your Return Label, which you will need to ship your order. These will also be available for download on the Return Registration Confirmation page under “Your Orders”.

Please remember to pack and seal the goods, preferably using the original packaging, placing the Return Form inside the package and the Return Label on the exterior.

You will receive your refund within 10 working days upon the arrival of your return at our warehouse.
